Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobRush Interview at interview.jobrush.ai (the "Service"), operated by JobRush ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jobrush.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for renewals.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund for a clearly broken experience — contact support.
- Interview quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. The Free tier provides one interview that does not reset.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying providers.
- Share your account, resell access, or circumvent quotas.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Use automated tools to interact with the Service except where we explicitly support an API.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate questions, transcripts, scores, and feedback. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any output before relying on it. The Service does not guarantee any specific job interview outcome.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, transcripts, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use your voice, transcripts, or resume to train AI models.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and AI prompt systems, is owned by JobRush and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for us or other users. You may close your account at any time from the billing page. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBRUSH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING JOB OPPORTUNITIES). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM AND (B) USD $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold JobRush harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the change is required for legal or security reasons.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
