Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how JobRush ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use JobRush Interview at interview.jobrush.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (when required for verification), and any profile details you provide.
• Resume and job context: resume text, job descriptions, target roles, and companies you choose to share for interview personalization.
• Interview content: audio is streamed in real time for transcription and is not retained after the session ends. Transcripts and AI scoring outputs are stored against your account.
• Usage data: session timestamps, plan tier, interview duration, performance scores, and feature usage.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser, OS, referrer, and similar technical metadata used for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Personalize your interviews based on resume and target role.
• Generate scoring, feedback, and analytics for your sessions.
• Send transactional email (receipts, account notices, security alerts).
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your voice, transcripts, or resume to train AI models. Your interview content is processed only to deliver the product features described above.

Service providers

We share limited data with vendors that help us run the Service, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. These include:

• Anthropic (LLM inference for the AI interviewer and scoring).
• Deepgram (real-time speech-to-text transcription).
• Cartesia and Sarvam (text-to-speech for the interviewer voice).
• Supabase (database and authentication).
• Stripe (payments and billing).
• Inngest (background analytics processing).
• Sentry (error monitoring; redacted of session content).

Data retention

• Live audio: not retained after the session ends.
• Transcripts and scorecards: retained while your account is active.
• After cancellation: retained for 30 days in read-only mode, then deleted.
• You can request immediate deletion of any session from your account, or full account deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, California, and India), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@jobrush.ai to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We use TLS for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls internally, and least-privilege provider credentials. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users in line with applicable law in the event of a breach.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

International transfers

Our infrastructure runs in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in those locations.

Changes

We will update this policy from time to time and will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
